Is it safe to upload photos of my children?
Absolutely! We built StoryMagic with families in mind. Your children's photos are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. We're COPPA compliant, all uploads are automatically reviewed for safety, and only family-friendly content is allowed.
How long are my photos stored?
Your photos are automatically deleted from our servers within 30 days after your order is completed. You can request immediate deletion at any time through your Account Settings.
Are my photos kept private?
Yes, 100%! Your photos are encrypted, stored securely, and used only to create your coloring book. We never share, sell, or use your images for anything else.
What paper weight is used? Will markers bleed through?
Our standard paper is 60# (90 gsm). For markers, upgrade to Premium 80# (120 gsm) which prevents bleed-through. Photo-quality paper at 100# (150 gsm) is thickest.
What kind of photos work best?
Clear, well-lit photos with prominent faces. Natural lighting works best. Avoid sunglasses, heavy shadows, or busy backgrounds. At least 800×800 pixels recommended.
How long does shipping take?
Production: 3-5 business days. US Standard: 5-7 days (free). Canada: 7-14 days. UK/Europe: 10-14 days. Australia/NZ: 14-21 days.

Who owns the coloring book I create?

Absolutely! See every page before you pay. Zoom in, check margins, reorder pages, edit captions, and regenerate any page.
What if I'm not happy with my coloring book?
